The Sanborn Regional High School Touchdown Club established in 2008 is a nonprofit 501(c) (3) organization providing financial support and volunteer services to benefit the football program at Sanborn High School. It’s that time of season, and the Sanborn Touchdown Club is hard at work preparing for their 2010 advertising football program publication. We are hoping that you will support the Sanborn Indians High School Football Team by placing an advertisement with the Indians this season. Regarding our request... Unfortunately, the Sanborn School District, as well as many other school districts in New Hampshire, is simply no longer able to provide the funds that are needed for all their athletic departments. The state budget crisis has affected, and continues to threaten the demise of many extracurricular sports programs in our county and school. It is because of these types of cutbacks that our parent volunteers are aggressively reaching out to businesses and corporate advertising sponsors for support this season. At Sanborn High School the football season program is our primary and largest fund-raiser. Through the sale of ad space in our season program book we can reach our goal to raise seriously needed funds for new equipment, uniforms, and additional coaching assistants–and most importantly provide athletic scholarships for those athletes whom otherwise could not participate without sponsorship support. This season we will sell our game programs at all four of our varsity home games. We publish approximately 1000 books, and reach a Sanborn community of 15,000 members. We also distribute our programs at many of our sponsor’s place of business, which turn into an advertising shelf life of at least a year to have your ad gain further exposure long after the season has ended. We are looking forward to an exciting season of high school football, and hope that you will continue to support the Indians with sponsorship by placing an advertisement in our season program book.
